Frog legs in the oven

Exotic dish in the oven - easy and quick to cook. Delicious! I recently got a package of frog legs that I had no idea how to cook. After a long search on the web, I stopped at this recipe - the finished dish tastes amazing. I share my find :)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Wash the frog legs with cool water, dry them a little with paper towels.
3. Rub the paws on all sides with salt and pepper.
4. Heat a frying pan with a thick bottom well, melt melted butter and lard on it.
5. Put the paws in the pan, fry them on each side for 3 minutes (until golden brown).
6. At this time, prepare the sauce by mixing lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, butter, and crushed garlic in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat and cook for 6 minutes.
7. Pour the sauce over the frog legs.
8. Put the pan with the paws in the oven for 15 minutes.
9. Serve ready-made paws with fresh herbs.
