Step 1:
Since the dough is prepared very quickly, turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees. Mix eggs, milk, flour, 3 tablespoons. sugar, baking powder, salt. It is better to make the dough with a mixer or blender, so it will turn out faster and without lumps.
Step 2:
Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Step 3:
Pour the dough on it and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes
Step 4:
Lubricate the finished pancake with melted butter and let it cool down a little.
Step 5:
Mix the cottage cheese with two tablespoons of sugar and spread it evenly over the surface of the pancake.
Step 6:
Put jam or berries on top.
Step 7:
Carefully roll the pancake into a roll.
Step 8:
