Cooking method
1. Clean the cheek from dirt and excess films.
2. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.
3. Peel the garlic, cut each clove in half. Stuff the pork with garlic.
4. Transfer the meat to the sleeve, tie the ends of the sleeve, make a few punctures on top and send it to bake - 200 degrees and an hour of time. If you like the crust, cut the sleeve in 10 minutes and bake the cheek in an open form.
