Step 1:
Thoroughly washed and dried piece of moose meat rub with salt and spices on all sides. Peel the garlic, cut into plates and stuff the moose meat, making incisions.
Step 2:
Wrap the moose meat tightly with bacon, tie it with a thread.
Step 3:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the wrapped piece until golden brown on both sides.
Step 4:
Cover the baking sheet with foil, which is smeared with butter. Put a fried piece of moose meat on it, wrap it in foil.
Step 5:
Bake the meat at 80 degrees (it is important that the temperature does not rise above 90 degrees) for 5 hours.
Step 6:
Remove the finished meat from the foil, let it cool slightly and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
