Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products and start cooking schnitzel.
Step 2:
Chicken fillet cut into slices 1.5 cm thick. This is easier to do when the fillet is slightly frozen.
Step 3:
Mix together flour with salt and coriander.
Step 4:
Lightly beat the egg with a fork.
Step 5:
Lubricate the baking sheet with sunflower oil and proceed to breading the fillet. Now carefully take a piece of fillet and dip it in flour, then in beaten egg and again in flour. Spread the fillets on a baking sheet.
Step 6:
Put the fillet in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 7:
Serve fragrant schnitzels with a side dish to your taste. Bon appetit!
