Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Necessary products. Margarine should be straight from the freezer.
Step 2:
Add salt to half of the flour and sift into a bowl.
Step 3:
Rub margarine on a coarse grater on top and grind into crumbs.
Step 4:
Break eggs into a bowl (separate one yolk to lubricate the whites) and shake with a fork.
Step 5:
In flour with margarine we make a recess and pour the eggs into it. Mix lightly.
Step 6:
Kefir is heated to a warm state and pour soda into it.
Step 7:
Pour into a bowl.
Step 8:
Mix. Then slowly pour in the rest of the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Step 9:
It shouldn't be too cool. Cover it with a film and leave it at room temperature for an hour.
Step 10:
Meanwhile, chop the onion with a blender or grate on a fine grater. Add to the minced meat.
Step 11:
We also put salt, pepper, pour in water and mix well. Minced meat should not be thick.
Step 12:
After an hour, cut the dough into pieces. We form small balls, roll out into cakes 0.5 cm thick .
Step 13:
Put a tablespoon of minced meat on each tortilla.
Step 14:
We pinch the folds in a circle, leaving a small hole.
Step 15:
Spread the formed whites on a baking sheet and lubricate them with a shaken yolk.
Step 16:
Place the baking sheet in the oven, heated to 200 degrees and bake for about half an hour, until intense browning. From this number of products, I got 18 whites with a diameter of 8 cm .
