Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Peel the potatoes. Turn the oven on 180 degrees, let it warm up.
Step 2:
Cut potatoes into quarters, add salt and pepper to taste. Add a little mayonnaise, mix.
Step 3:
Saltison cut into strips.
Step 4:
The form in which we will bake, lubricate with vegetable oil quite a bit. Lay out our potatoes, spread the saltison strips on top. Put in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your ovens.
