Cooking method
1. Preheat the oven to 175C.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, salt and half of brown sugar in a large bowl.
3. Add egg, apple sauce, maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of milk and half of butter (melted).
4. Put the dough in a pastry bag or plastic bag. Trim the corner of the bag and squeeze the dough into a donut baking dish, greased with oil (fill 1/2).
5. Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes. Remove from the oven and put the donuts out of the mold.
6. Melt the remaining butter with the remaining sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes.
7. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and bring to a boil again.
8. Add powdered sugar.
9. If the glaze turns out to be too thick, dilute it with the remaining 1 tablespoon of milk.
10. Without removing the glaze from the slow fire, dip the donuts in it. The glaze will harden very quickly.
Bon appetit!
