Step 1:

Mix everything, rub each piece and let it marinate a little
Step 4:
We take the smallest potatoes! We clean it. I ran out of a small one, I had to take an average one
Step 5:
If you have a small tuber, do not cut it, and if the average one - into 2 parts and, accordingly, if you have a very large tuber, then into 3-4 parts
Step 6:
Take a baking sheet, lubricate it with vegetable oil, put pork ribs tightly together in the center of the baking sheet, sprinkle salt around
Step 7:
Around the ribs to the place that was salted, we shift the potatoes, salt it.We take a brush and lubricate each tuber with vegetable oil and put it in a preheated oven on the lower heating element at a baking temperature of 220 degrees for 15 minutes (until golden brown), then on the upper heating element for 25 minutes.As soon as a ruddy crust begins to appear, try to poke the potatoes with a knife, if the potatoes start to dry out, immediately turn off the oven, do not wait for a very ruddy crust
Step 8:
The ribs turned out very juicy, the skin is soft.The potatoes were soaked with the extracted fat from the ribs and became stunningly delicious.Bon appetit!
