Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients, the pangasius fillet should be thawed.
Step 2:
Cut onion into medium cubes.
Step 3:
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Step 4:
We pass the vegetables in a frying pan almost to readiness, on a small amount of oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5:
Pangasius fillet cut into portions.
Step 6:
We take a baking dish (I prefer ceramic, you can serve it immediately on the table), if you increase the volume of products, you can take a large deco and cook in it, lubricate it with a little vegetable oil (you can not lubricate it, because there will be oil in the frying, it's all to taste), we spread out half of our browned vegetables, level them on the bottom.
Step 7:
Lubricate the vegetables with half of the mayonnaise.
Step 8:
We spread our portions of pangasius on top, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9:
We put our remaining browned vegetables on top of the fish, lubricate with mayonnaise and put in the oven for 40 minutes, the temperature is 210 degrees. You can check the readiness after 30 minutes from the start of cooking, I just like the fish to be well baked.
Step 10:
We put the fish in a plate, you can eat with fresh vegetables and enjoy the delicate taste))))
