To prepare the dough, heat the water to 40 degrees. Pour the water into a bowl, add yeast, salt, sugar and let it stand for 10 minutes to make the yeast work.
Then pour in the butter and beaten egg, mix. Now you can add flour. Beat the flour in several steps. Knead the dough until it does not lag behind the hands.
Knead the dough. Lubricate the mold with oil (I took the usual glass, round). Put the dough in the mold and leave it to go into the oven, preheated and turned off for 60-80 minutes. The dough is ready for baking when the cap rises.
Grease the top with egg. Now you can turn on the oven at 180-200 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes until the bread is browned.
