Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Fry finely chopped garlic and onion in 1 tablespoon of oil.
Step 3:
Wash the mushrooms, cut and fry in a frying pan in 2 tablespoons of oil until all the liquid evaporates.
Step 4:
Add fried onion and garlic, spices to the pan.
Step 5:
Add half the sour cream. Mix everything, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 6 minutes.
Step 6:
Remove from heat, add the rest of the sour cream and herbs.
Step 7:
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
