Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients. Since the preparatory work takes less than 10 minutes, first we put the oven to warm up for 180 C.
Step 2:
Melt butter in a frying pan, add chopped onion and fry for 1-2 minutes until transparent.
Step 3:
Add boiled peeled and diced potatoes, fry until golden brown.
Step 4:
Add diced ham, fry for a couple of minutes and turn off.
Step 5:
Put potatoes with onions and ham in serving molds or in one large mold.
Step 6:
Spread the sliced tomato on top.
Step 7:
Sprinkle grated cheese on top (any cheese will do here, the main thing is delicious)
Step 8:
For egg filling, beat eggs with salt and pepper, add chopped greens (optionally, you can add 4 tbsp milk or 1 tbsp sour cream).
Step 9:
Fill the filling with filling and send it to the oven preheated to 180 C for 15 minutes.
Step 10:
Our breakfast is ready, served with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
