Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, choose any shape - squares, stripes, the main thing is that the pieces are as identical as possible.
Step 3:
Put the fillets in a bowl, pour kefir, add mustard, salt and pepper. Salt and pepper can be added purely symbolically, as we will add them to the breading.
Step 4:
For breading, we take either a ready-made crumb or cook ourselves. I just dried the loaf slices in a dry pan and crushed them. We send almonds to the bowl of the combine (I peeled it from the skin, but this is not necessary) and dried bread. We grind everything into crumbs.
Step 5:
Add grated cheese, dried herbs, salt, pepper. Mix it up. Our breading is ready.
Step 6:
Chicken fillet is rolled in breadcrumbs from all sides and put on the grill.
Step 7:
Bake chicken nuggets in a preheated 190 C oven for about 20 minutes or until crispy, just make sure not to over-dry the fillet.
Step 8:
Let the chicken nuggets cool slightly and serve to the table. Delicious, both cold and hot. Served with sauce. I served it with caramel and tomato. Bon appetit!
