Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Ingredients for cheesecakes. To start, preheat the oven to 180 C.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, 1 whole egg and yolk (we do not need protein from it), vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Sift flour with baking powder and add to cottage cheese. Mix it up. Depending on the cottage cheese, you may need more or less flour.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

I replaced part of wheat flour (2 tbsp. l.) with corn flour (but this is not necessary at all). Mix the curd mass well.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

I baked cheesecakes in cupcake molds, so I made the curd mass softer, if you don't have cupcake molds, you can bake cheesecakes immediately on a baking sheet, but then the dough for cheesecakes should keep its shape well, otherwise, after baking, you can get not cheesecakes, but a curd casserole, which in general is also very tasty)

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

So, we form cheesecakes, slightly crumbling them in flour and putting them in cupcake molds. Top the cheesecakes with sour cream and send them to the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

These are the cheesecakes we get, and already in this form they are very tasty. But we will make them even tastier.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Ingredients for the sauce. I have previously ground the poppy in a coffee grinder, but if you want a more delicate taste, then don't take the poppy, and also be careful when choosing the poppy, it should not be bitter!

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and warm it up in the microwave for about 1 minute, the mixture should become slightly liquid.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Put the cheesecakes in a baking dish.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Pour the sauce on top and put it in the oven for 10 -15 minutes at 180 C.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Our breakfast is ready. Bon appetit!
