Step-by-step cooking
To start, let's prepare our fish. We cut off all the fins and the head, cut the carcass from above along the ridge, take out the insides and spine. The carcass is thoroughly washed and wiped. Now let's make our marinade, add all the herbs, crushed garlic, sesame seeds, juice of half a lemon to the vegetable oil (if there is, you can add red chili pepper to taste), mix everything. Salt, pepper and thoroughly rub the fish with marinade. We make incisions on top and insert lemon slices and in this form we leave the fish to marinate for one hour. Bake the fish in the oven on the grill (transfer the fish to the grill, place a baking tray under the bottom and bake it) at 200 C for about 30 minutes. Let the finished fish brew a little and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
