Step-by-step cooking
Chop chicken fillet.
Chop garlic, add nutmeg, Italian herbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix everything with one spoonful of vegetable oil.
Grease chicken steaks with a mixture of seasonings and fry in vegetable oil for 1 minute on each side.
Fold the steaks into a baking dish, cover with foil and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 5-8 minutes.
Serve chicken steaks with vegetables, watering the juice that was formed during stewing.
