Step-by-step cooking
Wash potatoes well.
Using sushi sticks, cut each potato with an accordion without cutting through the tuber to the end.
Finely chop the mushrooms together with the greens. Add salt and pepper.
Put the mushroom mixture carefully into the potato slots.
Put the stuffed potatoes on a baking sheet covered with foil. Sprinkle the tubers with olive oil. Cover with a sheet of foil.
Put the baking sheet in a preheated 200 degree oven for one hour.
10 minutes before the foil is ready, remove and brown the potatoes.
