Step 1:
We will need fillet of sea fish (any), carambola, onion, carrot, soy sauce, herbs, spices and butter. Carambola is an exotic fruit, which is also called carambola, star apple, tropical star or starfruit. Everything has been prepared and then we look at the steps of how to bake fish fillets in the oven.
Step 2:
Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil. We spread the fillet of fish, sprinkling it with spices. On top of the fish we put carrots, onions, carambola, greens.
Step 3:
Pour soy sauce over everything (a little), put butter in pieces.
Step 4:
Cover the baking sheet with foil, put it in a preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200-220 degrees.

Fish dishes are always relevant, and if they are also beautifully decorated, then they can be safely put on the festive table. Baked fish fillet according to this recipe turns out incredibly tasty, fragrant, tender, juicy and appetizing. With this version of the design, the dish looks royal. My guests did not even immediately understand what exactly was in front of them and what exactly I was going to treat them with. For a while they were in uncertainty, and this only increased their appetite. After tasting my baked fish, they gave it the highest score. Carambola gives this dish a special charm and a certain mystery - I had never heard of such a fruit before, now I tried it together with a fish and was convinced that such a combination is very tasty. In addition to the carambola, which you can try to get in the supermarket, all the other ingredients are quite simple. I took the fish fillet ready-made, so I didn't waste time on cutting. In general, this dish has now become one of my favorites, since I just adore fish. I also love such unusual and original dishes, about which people always start asking me: what and how. I immediately feel that I have become a step higher in my culinary experience, which I try to acquire thanks to such interesting dishes as this.
