Thoroughly wash all the vegetables and herbs, let the excess liquid drain. Cut the leek into small pieces, and divide the bell pepper into four parts and cut into thin strips. Finely crumble fresh dill greens. Separately, beat the eggs into a stable foam, add leeks to them, mix, salt to taste. We take a baking sheet with high walls, pour half of the egg-onion mixture on its bottom (smeared with oil). Spread the fish fillet on top, pre-salted and peppered. Sprinkle the fish with dill greens, add red sweet pepper on top of it. And pour the second part of the egg-onion mixture. Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees, cover the baking sheet with foil and bake until fully cooked. Periodically check that the dish is not burnt from the bottom.
