Often oranges are cooked with duck, but the orange flavor is successfully combined with chicken. In order to prepare an orange marinade for chicken, you need to grate the zest of oranges and squeeze out the juice. Here, add spices, liquid honey or melted, olive oil, salt and squeezed garlic. If you like it sharper, then you can add chopped hot pepper. Mix everything well and put chicken pieces in the marinade. The chicken should remain in the marinade for at least 1 hour. Bake the chicken in the oven, periodically pouring marinade.
