Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary ingredients. We take fat minced beef, pork, and lamb, and also lamb fat passed through a meat grinder.
Step 2:
Mince is repeatedly passed through a meat grinder with lamb fat. Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat.
Step 3:
Mix, add salt and mix thoroughly again.
Step 4:
Finely chop the green onion, add coriander, cumin, ground black pepper and lemon juice.
Step 5:
Mix thoroughly. We moisten our hands with water and form oblong kebabs. You can cut potatoes into circles, put kebabs strung on skewers on top and bake in the oven. I cooked them on the grill in the oven separately, because I don't like when fat drips onto potatoes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the kebabs in it, bake for 15 minutes, then turn it over and bake for another 15 minutes. Add beer, liquid smoke and potato slices to the mold.
Step 6:
I string ready-made kebabs on skewers. I put baked potatoes, kebab on a plate and complement the culinary composition with onions and green onions.
Step 7:
And here is my husband, who actively helped in the preparation of the dish. Bon appetit!
