Let's start cooking.
Making dough:
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream in a cup. Add baking powder, flour, eggs and knead the dough. The dough should be thick.
Preparing the filling. Cut the leek into half rings. If we take onions for cooking, then we finely chop them.
Raw meat is also cut into small pieces. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Mix the meat, potatoes, onions, salt it all, pepper.
Take the form. Lubricate it with oil, spread half of the dough on it. It is better to spread the dough with wet hands, just wet your hands with water. We spread the filling on the dough. And from above we close the pie with the remaining dough and make the top of the pie even.
Put in the oven. The baking temperature should be 180 degrees, bake for an hour. We look after the pie, if we see that the upper crust begins to burn, then we cover it with foil.
The pie is very tasty, your family and guests will definitely like it.
