Hard-boiled eggs and cool. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the chili peppers. Be sure to use gloves when working.
Grate the finished eggs, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle the finished sauce with finely chopped green onions.
Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Cut the baguette into slices and lubricate with vegetable oil on each side. Spread the bread on a baking sheet. Bake for about 4 minutes on each side, so that the bread is covered with a golden crust. The crust should be crisp, but not hard. Get the croutons and put them on a platter. Serve with sauce.
