Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the cookie dough. Chicken eggs need to take the largest C0. To make the cookies neat and even, it is better to use a pastry syringe or a pastry bag, if there are none in the household, then you can use a simple plastic bag, cutting off a corner from it.
Step 2:
Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks of chicken eggs, it is impossible to allow even a small amount of yolks to get into a bowl with proteins, otherwise the proteins will not rise.
Step 3:
The amount of sugar indicated in the ingredients is divided into two parts. Half of the sugar is rubbed with egg yolks until a white foam is obtained.
Step 4:
Beat egg whites with sugar with a blender or mixer to a lush thick foam.
Step 5:
Carefully combine the whipped whites with the yolks, do it with a spoon so that the mass does not settle.
Step 6:
Sift wheat flour and pour it into the resulting mass. We also mix the flour with a spoon, as if lifting the dough from the bottom up, but in no case can we do this with a whisk, otherwise the dough will sit down. Flour may need a little more or less, you need to focus on the condition of the dough. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. If there is more flour than necessary, the dough will settle, so it is better to add it in parts, stirring the dough each time.
Step 7:
Tighten the baking sheet with parchment. We put the dough into a pastry syringe and put the cookies, about 7 centimeters long. Be sure to leave a space between the cookies, because it will "spread out" during baking. We leave the cookies for 5-7 minutes to rest. The oven is heated to 200 degrees.
Step 8:
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of each cookie. We put a baking tray with cookies in the oven for 10 minutes, we focus on the work of our oven, cookies cannot be overexposed so that they do not turn red and taste bitter.
Step 9:
We take out the cookies, carefully remove them from the parchment. Let it cool down and serve it with coffee or make desserts. Bon appetit!
