Almond flour for this cookie is better to take coarse grinding, then the almonds will feel better. If you can't buy almond flour, then it's easy to cook it yourself. Almonds need to be cleaned and ground in a coffee grinder.

If suddenly you want the cookies to be dry and completely crispy inside, then turn off the heating in the oven after 20 minutes, and leave the cookies to cool for 1 hour without taking them out of the oven, so it will reach full readiness.
