Step 1:

Step 2:

Step 3:

Step 4:
Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough for another 10 minutes. Cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes. Knead the dough again for 10 minutes. Form a bun, cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 2 hours to approach (fermentation temperature 30 gr.). For these purposes, you can use an oven.
Step 5:
The dough should increase three times. Therefore, as soon as the size of the dough has grown, get the dough and knead it.
Step 6:
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each part into a rectangle about 25x30 cm in size . Roll the roll on the short side, pulling the dough on itself and pinching each layer, round off the ends. Place the loaves on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave to melt in a warm place for 1 hour. Make incisions with a wet knife.
Step 7:
Bake the loaves in a preheated oven to 200 gr. 20 minutes, heated at the top and bottom.
Step 8:
Get the finished loaf and you can immediately serve it to the table for tea. Cover the bread with a towel so that it does not dry out.
