Put the starter out of the refrigerator and stand for 2 hours at room temperature. Add 100 g of water and 4 tablespoons of flour, mix and put on proofing for 2 hours. Then we put 7 tablespoons of sourdough in the refrigerator for the next time. Prepare the sourdough: put 0.5 kg of flour and 300 ml of milk in the starter, mix and leave in a warm place for 2-3 hours until the dough rises twice. Knead the dough: put salt, egg yolks, ground with sugar, vanilla and butter. Mix, add the whipped whites, raisins and the rest of the flour. Separate a small piece of dough for the inscription "XB". Fill in 4 forms for 1/3 of the part and put in the heat for 2 hours. At the end of the time, the dough will fit 2 times, decorate the cake with the letters XB, grease with beaten egg and bake at 200 degrees approx. 40-45 min . Decorate the cake with sourdough to your liking.
