Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
You can take ready-made dough for pizza, but I cooked it in a bread maker. It doesn't give me any trouble and I really appreciate it, because I have three small children! We load the products in the following sequence
Step 2:
Yeast, flour
Step 3:
Sugar, salt, vegetable oil, milk and 50 ml of water
Step 4:
Turn on the program "Dough kneading ". After 2-3 minutes, open the lid and add 150 ml of boiling water. It turns out a custard dough, it is very pliable in work and soft for several days
Step 5:
Load the products in the sequence specified in your bread maker model. We got this kind of bun
Step 6:
While the dough is being prepared, we will cut the products and prepare the sauce. I didn't have time to do this, so the photo shows the finished dough. Boil the chicken in advance and chop it in a blender
Step 7:
Preparing the sauce: put the onion and garlic in the heated oil, pass a little
Step 8:
Add tomato juice and add fire. After 10 minutes, add the tomato paste and wait until the liquid evaporates
Step 9:
Wipe in a blender or through a sieve. The sauce is ready! Add Provencal herbs to it during the cooking process and get an Italian marinara sauce! I didn't add them today, because my children don't really like them
Step 10:
From the dough we make these muzzles - the bases for pizza. The dough took half of such a number of products, and from the second half we make an adult pizza.
Step 11:
Lubricate with the resulting sauce
Step 12:
Sprinkle with boiled chicken meat, and then cheese and leave to rise a little. Then bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven
Step 13:
While the pizzas are baking, we will cut the products. I have a little more in the description of the products for the filling - I wrote with a margin so that you can choose the right beautiful pieces, and the remaining products will be useful for adult pizza. I made a sausage piglet with a glass and a tube
Step 14:
Our pizzas are ready. Now it remains to decorate them beautifully.
Step 15:
Decorate. Now you can call the kids, they will be happy to help you at this stage!
My kids really liked these pizzas. Try to cook and you!
