Step 1:
To make chicken chips, take chicken breast, soy sauce, red hot pepper and half-sunflower oil.
Step 2:
Wash the chicken well and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 3:
Cut the breast into thin longitudinal strips.
Step 4:
Fold the chicken breast strips into a lidded container.
Step 5:
Add soy sauce and water, mix well.
Step 6:
Then add red hot pepper. Mix everything and put the pan in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours (conveniently overnight).
Step 7:
Oil the foil. Or just add butter to the chicken and mix so that the pieces are covered with an oil film.
Step 8:
Put the chicken pieces on the foil so that they do not touch each other.
Step 9:
Put in an oven heated to 90 degrees for half an hour, then reduce the heat to 60 degrees, bake with the oven door ajar for about 3 hours. To the desired degree of drying.
Step 10:
Chicken chips should be dry, but not brittle. Serve with hot sauces to beer, or just for a snack with herbs and vegetables.
