Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the buns. Since the dough is prepared without the use of yeast, baking will appear on the table and will please the household quite quickly. The ingredients needed for baking must be removed from the refrigerator in advance, they must be at room temperature. In a bowl, put the softened and chopped butter into pieces.
Step 2:
It can be replaced with margarine if desired, it will turn out to be more budget-friendly. Add sugar and salt, rub with a blender, mixer or spoon. Pour the sifted wheat flour into a bowl with butter, rub the mass into crumbs.
Step 3:
In another bowl, drive in a chicken egg, pour in kefir, add baking powder. Mix with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 4:
Connect the dough pieces. If necessary, add a little sifted flour.
Step 5:
The dough should be smooth and elastic. We wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. A piece of butter to lubricate the dough is melted in a water bath.
Step 6:
Take out the dough. Divide it into two equal pieces. We roll out each of them into a thin rectangle about 0.5 centimeters thick.
Step 7:
Grease the dough with melted butter. Sprinkle cocoa, ground cinnamon and sugar on top.
Step 8:
Roll up into a roll. Cut the roll into pieces about 3 centimeters wide. Gently pinch the edges of the bun blank on one side, forming its bottom. Grease the baking dish with butter.
Step 9:
We spread the buns on it. Lubricate them on top with beaten chicken egg with milk. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. Bake the buns for about 30 minutes. Take the buns out of the oven. Let them cool down a little and serve them to the table. Buns are delicious both hot and cold, with tea, cocoa, coffee or milk! Have a nice tea party!
