Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the cake according to the list.
Step 2:
Let's start with the preparation of the cream. Pour milk into a saucepan. It is better to take milk with a higher percentage of fat content. Add two tablespoons of flour, a glass of sugar. We drive in two chicken eggs. We put the saucepan with the contents on the fire and immediately mix everything. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly with a spoon. And boil the cream until it starts to thicken. The cream is cooled at room temperature.
Step 3:
Walnuts are washed, dried in a microwave oven or in a frying pan. Grind with a blender.
Step 4:
Add softened butter and vanilla, chopped walnuts. Beat everything with a whisk or blender until smooth. We put the cream in the refrigerator for cooling.
Step 5:
Preparing the dough for cakes. In a deep bowl or saucepan, put the softened butter cut into cubes. Add sugar, honey and soda.
Step 6:
Drive in two chicken eggs. We put a saucepan with food on a water bath, on a larger pot with boiling water.
Step 7:
Mix the ingredients with a mixer, blender or hand whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Step 8:
Without removing the pan with the dough preparation from the water bath, pour half a cup of flour into it. Mix the mass so that the flour does not gather into lumps.
Step 9:
. Then remove the pan from the water bath and pour in the remaining flour. The sifted wheat flour should be added in parts, mixing the mass each time.
Step 10:
When the dough comes together in a lump, pour a little flour on the table, spread the dough on it and knead it a little so that the dough becomes smooth, elastic and obedient.
Step 11:
Divide the dough into 6 parts. From each part of the dough we roll out a thin round layer.
Step 12:
Put the cake blank on a baking sheet, dusted with flour. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Bake the cakes for about 5 minutes each, until a good blush.
Step 13:
Take out the cakes, immediately, while they are warm, cut out smooth circles from them (you can on a plate).
Step 14:
We break the clippings into pieces, using a blender or rolling pin, we turn the clippings into crumbs.
Step 15:
We will use it to decorate the cake.
Step 16:
Cream the cakes, stack them.
Step 17:
The cake is smeared with cream on top and sides and sprinkled with crumbs from the cake scraps. We let the cake soak in the refrigerator and serve it to the table. Have a nice tea party!
