Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the cookies. In a bowl, put the butter softened at room temperature. We cut it into cubes with a knife. Pour in the sugar and rub the ingredients with a spoon or whisk with a blender or mixer.
Step 2:
Sift wheat flour, combine with baking powder and mix.
Step 3:
Pour three-quarters of wheat flour into a bowl with a creamy sugar mixture. Grind the mass into crumbs.
Step 4:
Beat the chicken eggs into another bowl, add a pinch of salt. Beat them with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
Step 5:
Put two tablespoons of mayonnaise in a bowl with egg mixture and add the "melted milk" flavor, mix thoroughly. For this recipe, it is mayonnaise that is needed, it cannot be replaced with sour cream. If you do not want to use a ready-made store product, you can pre-make homemade mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Pour the liquid mixture into a bowl with dry ingredients, pour in the remains of wheat flour and knead the dough. You do not need to knead the dough for a long time, we collect it into a ball.
Step 7:
Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted work surface into a thin layer, no more than 0.3 centimeters thick. We cut out cookies with molds. We put the cookie blanks in a baking dish covered with parchment. The oven is heated to 180 degrees.
Step 8:
If desired, cookies or part of it can be sprinkled with sesame seeds on top for beauty, but this is not necessary, it does not particularly affect the taste. Bake cookies for no more than 15 minutes. It cannot be over-dried. Remove the cookie mold from the oven. Let the liver cool down directly on the parchment, then remove. We serve cookies to the table, with tea, coffee, milk or cocoa. Bon appetit!
