Step 1:
Combine sour cream and soda in a large bowl.
Step 2:
In another container, rub the soft butter and sugar.
Step 3:
Put the butter and sugar in the sour cream mass.
Step 4:
Add 500 g of flour. Mix it up. Gradually add more flour, you should get a soft, loose, slightly sticky dough.
Step 5:
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Distribute each part along the bottom of the mold (diameter 20 cm), lined with parchment paper.
Step 6:
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from the molds and cool. Before further use, let the cakes "rest" for a few hours and cut each into 2 more parts. As a result, you will get 4 full-fledged soft cakes.
