Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making pizza with sausage, mushrooms and cheese. You can take any sausage to your taste. Today I made boiled and smoked sausage, but you can add meat, chicken and even bacon. Tomato sauce can be replaced with ordinary ketchup.
Step 2:
Add sugar, salt and yeast to warm water. Mix until smooth.
Step 3:
Pour in the vegetable oil and mix.
Step 4:
Sift the flour through a fine sieve and add it to the water with yeast. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Knead it on the table for at least 5-7 minutes, then you will get the right dough. And it is even better to use special flour for making pizza. Grease a deep bowl with vegetable oil and put the dough in it.
Step 5:
Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and put it in a warm place to rise, for 30 minutes. The dough should increase by 2.5 times.
Step 6:
Turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 180 degrees. Sprinkle the table with a little flour and put the dough that came up. We roll it into a thin circle and make a thin side. This amount makes one large pizza or two medium ones. We wrap the dough on a rolling pin and transfer it to a baking sheet covered with baking paper or a silicone mat.
Step 7:
Lubricate the dough, along with the sides with tomato sauce.
Step 8:
We wipe the champignons thoroughly with a cloth and cut them into thin plates. We spread the mushrooms on the sauce over the entire surface. If there are no fresh mushrooms, you can replace them with canned ones. You just need to drain the liquid and dry the mushrooms.
Step 9:
Cut the boiled sausage into strips and sprinkle over the champignons.
Step 10:
Peel the smoked sausage and also cut into strips and sprinkle the top of the pizza.
Step 11:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and completely cover the top of the pizza with it.
Step 12:
Put the pizza pan in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes, until ready.
Step 13:
We take it out, cut it with a special roller knife and immediately serve it while it is hot.
Step 14:
Bon appetit.
