Put strawberries on the cream. Sprinkle almond petals on top. Bake the cake for 15 minutes at t 180 ° C. Then cover the pie with foil and bake for another 20 minutes at 150 ° C. Cool the finished cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
Ground almonds and petals can be prepared in advance by yourself: pour boiling water over the almonds for 10 minutes and remove the peel. Dry in a hot frying pan. Grind some almonds in a blender, cut some with a sharp knife in the form of petals.
I made exactly half a portion (the diameter of the pie is 18 cm), but I give the calculation for a standard pie with a diameter of 24 cm.
