You can not cook the sausages beforehand, but I like it that way.

We take one part and roll it out slightly with a rolling pin into a rectangle - flour will not be needed, since the dough is not sticky and it will not stick to either the table or the rolling pin, unless you defrost it too much. The length of the rectangle should be the same size as the sausage. We make five small horizontal incisions on one side (as in the photo), put a sausage in the middle.

My shape is small, only two sausages fit, so I baked in two sets. The blanks themselves are lubricated with beaten egg. You can use only the yolk, then the crust will turn out darker.
