Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2:
Ferment the sourdough in the usual way. Dissolve the dry yeast in a small amount of milk and warm water. Add a little sugar and flour. Mix everything to the consistency of sour cream and put it in the heat to speed up the process.
Step 3:
Beat chicken eggs with a little sugar until light foam.
Step 4:
Melt any margarine for baking over low heat.
Step 5:
It is better to knead the dough in a large saucepan or bucket. Pour margarine, eggs, warm milk and water, add sugar, salt, vanilla, add vegetable oil and mix everything well until the sugar dissolves. Knead the dough until it starts to lag behind the hands. Let it rise a couple of times. A well-suited dough should become soft and porous.
Step 6:
Sort the raisins and rinse well.Pour a small amount of water, bring to a boil and boil for about half a minute. Then drain the water.
Step 7:
In steamed raisins, melt honey and add flour.
Step 8:
Over low heat, bring the mass to a homogeneous consistency.
Step 9:
When the dough fits well, we make pies with raisin filling. Pies can be molded in any shape you like. Both in closed and open form.
Step 10:
Put the prepared pies on a greased baking sheet not very tightly to each other, taking into account that they will still rise in the oven. When the pies rise a little, grease with beaten egg and put in the oven. Bake at a temperature of about 200C for about 25 minutes . (Taking into account the specifics of your oven).
Step 11:
Here we have very tender and delicious pies. A wonderful treat for a tea party and for the joy of children!
The better the dough fits, the more tender the baking will turn out. The pies will just melt in your mouth. To speed up the process of making pies, the dough can be put in a "bath", it will fit much faster. The raisin filling is prepared very simply, and the taste is extremely delicate.
