Step 1:
How to bake oatmeal cookies without sugar? Prepare the ingredients. Oat flakes are better to use the usual type of "Hercules", not instant cooking. Oatmeal is thoroughly washed to remove excess gluten. Drain the water, pour a tablespoon of boiling water into the cereal so that it swells a little. Leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water from the oatmeal.
Step 2:
The absence of sugar in its natural form will not be noticed in cookies if you replace it with such sweet and healthy ingredients, such as dried fruits or fresh fruits. Dried fruits, for example, raisins, dried apricots and prunes (if desired, you can use any more to taste) wash thoroughly under running water and pour boiling water, leave for 15 minutes to swell. Drain the water from the bowl with dried fruits, dry them on a paper towel.
Step 3:
If the prunes and dried apricots are large, cut into small cubes and put them in a bowl with oatmeal.
Step 4:
We drive in a chicken egg. If desired, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla to mask the specific smell of a chicken egg, add a pinch of baking powder. Optionally, you can use any nuts to add.
Step 5:
Mix the ingredients thoroughly to get a homogeneous, very thick and sticky mass in consistency.
Step 6:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The baking tray for baking cookies is covered with parchment, lubricate it with oil. Spread the oatmeal dough with a tablespoon. Leaving a space between the cookies, as it will slightly increase in volume during baking. Bake oatmeal cookies for about 20 minutes. We take the cookies out of the oven, first it will be soft, let it cool on parchment and harden a little.
