Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For cheesecakes with potatoes, we will need the products specified in the ingredients.
Step 2:
How to bake cheesecakes - first we will prepare yeast dough for them. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, add salt and sugar, pour in the melted butter. Beat everything well until smooth with a whisk or mixer.
Step 3:
In a separate iron bowl (bowl, saucepan or saucepan), heat the milk on the stove to a temperature of 35-40 degrees. For this purpose, you can use a microwave oven and warm up the milk in it by pouring it into a suitable container. Pour yeast into the warmed milk. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4:
Pour the yeast mixture into the egg mixture and mix everything well again with a tablespoon or silicone spatula. We begin to introduce the pre-sifted flour in parts (in two steps). You can also add flour to the dough base immediately, sifting it with a strainer. When the mass gathers into a lump, we move it to the work surface and knead the dough. We form a bun, put it in a bowl, cover it with a towel and let it come up for 1 hour.
Step 5:
While the dough is coming, we prepare the potato filling. Potatoes are cleaned, washed, put in boiling water with the addition of salt. Cook the potatoes until tender for about 25-20 minutes. Drain the water and crush it with the addition of warm milk and butter.
Step 6:
Knead the dough that has come up.
Step 7:
Proceed to the formation of cheesecakes. Cover the baking sheet with parchment (baking paper), lubricate it with vegetable oil. We pinch off equal pieces from the dough - for convenience, you can lubricate your hands with vegetable oil. We spread them on a baking sheet at a small distance from each other and shape them into tortillas. In the middle of each tortilla, we make a notch and put the filling into it with the addition of butter or sour cream to enhance the taste.
Step 8:
Bake the cheesecakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. They should become ruddy and be completely ready for use.
Step 9:
Fresh cheesecakes are served to the table!
