Step 1:
Prepare all the products.
Step 2:
Sift flour into a bowl and cut cold butter. Grind the products into crumbs with a fork.
Step 3:
Divide the egg into yolk and white. Add the yolk and salt to the dough, mix.
Step 4:
Add sour cream and knead the dough.
Step 5:
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
