Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
If you want to cook a simple and delicious dish from the most common and familiar products, then get acquainted with this recipe, in which I will tell you how to cook potatoes in pots in sour cream. Prepare the products according to the list - we will need very few of them.
Step 2:
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into circles no thicker than five millimeters.
Step 3:
Then wash the potatoes again from the starch so that they do not turn black, and spread them on a dish to dry.
Step 4:
For refueling, mix sour cream with a little water so that it becomes a little thinner and there is something to evaporate. Put the potato slices in a pot one layer at a time. Add salt to each layer, sprinkle with paprika and smear with sour cream. Do this with each layer all the way to the top. Sprinkle the potatoes with chopped dill on top. I added paprika for a brighter taste and color.
Step 5:
So fill all the pots. Close the lid.
Step 6:
Put them in a cold oven and bake at 200 degrees for an hour and a half. For small pots, of course, less time is needed - 30-40 minutes.
Step 7:
At first it will seem to you that the potatoes are still a little harsh - this is true and at this stage it is normal. In order for it to finally reach the desired condition and become soft, you need to put the pots out of the oven without opening the lid, put them on a wooden delivery and hold it for another fifteen minutes or half an hour. Baked potatoes can also be used as a separate dish or as a side dish for meat, fish or vegetable dishes.
The taste of this dish will directly depend on the potato variety. As an experiment, I use different potatoes every time and get a delicious variety every time. Potatoes are tender, juicy, soft and fragrant. It can be combined with cutlets, meatballs, fried or baked fish, goulash, mushrooms, chops and also fresh or baked vegetables.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
