Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make vanilla cupcake? Prepare the products. Pre-remove all ingredients from the refrigerator so that they are at room temperature. Pre-sift the flour. Milk is suitable for any fat content. Take the oil of the best quality, without vegetable additives. Instead of vanilla extract, a pinch of vanilla or a teaspoon of vanilla sugar will do. Instead of a big cupcake, I'll bake small cupcakes.
Step 2:
Take a deep dough bowl. When mixing, you can use a whisk or a mixer, I use a whisk. Put butter at room temperature and sugar in a bowl. Mix everything until smooth and fluffy.
Step 3:
Break the chicken eggs one by one into a separate bowl to check them for freshness. Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush. Then add the eggs, salt and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and whisk everything a little with a whisk.
Step 4:
Add the sifted wheat flour mixed with baking powder in parts and mix everything thoroughly until the components are combined. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baking will turn out to be airy and will rise well when baking.
Step 5:
Pour the milk into the dough and mix well. The dough is ready. Prepare a suitable baking dish. Any heat-resistant form is suitable for this recipe. If you use a silicone mold, then you do not need to smear it with butter or margarine. But it is better to lightly lubricate metal, ceramic or glass dishes with vegetable oil so that the baking does not burn.
Step 6:
Pour the dough into the selected cupcake molds, filling them with 2/3 of the volume. You can use paper capsules, then you do not need to lubricate the molds. Put the cake pan in a preheated to 175°From the oven for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness of the cupcakes with a toothpick — it should come out of the middle of the cupcake completely dry. If you bake one large cupcake, then increase the baking time.
Step 7:
Remove the finished cupcakes from the oven and cool in molds. Then remove them warm and put them on a platter. You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Serve these cupcakes with freshly brewed tea or a glass of milk. Enjoy your meal!
In vanilla cupcakes, the main thing, of course, is the vanilla flavor. I use vanilla extract in the preparation. It can be replaced with vanilla flavor, vanilla essence, vanilla pod (only seeds are used, and the pod itself can be stored in a glass jar with sugar, after a while you can get vanilla sugar at home) or vanilla sugar (10 gr.)
Is it possible to replace baking powder with soda, how to add them correctly, to make the pastries lush, how to avoid an unpleasant soda taste and much more, read the article "Baking powder or baking soda - which is better?"
Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
