Cooking method
To start, turn the oven on 180 degrees Celsius for preheating.
To cook this uncomplicated, but at the same time very tasty pie, you will not need any scarce products, complex ingredients or cumbersome complex kitchen appliances. Everything you need is probably in the kitchen and in the refrigerator of every housewife.
So, break the chicken egg into a bowl of suitable size and beat lightly with a hand whisk or a regular table fork. Then add sugar and mix everything well again until smooth. Pour in the milk and also stir all the ingredients together. Milk for this pie can be taken of any fat content.
Next you will need jam. You can make any jam to your liking or the one that is currently at hand. Sour-tasting jam is best suited, for example, from red or black currant, cherry plum or any other. Pour the jam into a bowl with the already beaten egg, milk and sugar and mix well.
In a separate bowl, sift the wheat flour. This will not only save the flour from the ingress of various undesirable impurities, but also saturate it with oxygen, which will make the cake more airy and tender. And in order for it to be even more lush, you should add a little baking soda. Put the soda in a bowl with flour and mix the dry ingredients thoroughly.
Next, it is necessary to introduce dry products into the liquid component of the dough. This should be done in several stages, carefully stirring the ingredients so that there are no flour lumps.
Pour the finished dough into a silicone mold and put it in a preheated oven to bake for about one hour. The readiness of the pie can be checked with a wooden skewer or toothpick.
After the pie cools down a little, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve it to the table! And in advance it would be good to brew fragrant tea :)
Bon appetit!
