Step 1:
How to make pollock with tomatoes? To prepare this dish, take the products according to the list: pollock, tomatoes, cheese (in this case Russian), onions, egg and milk, sunflower oil, salt.
Step 2:
Clean the fish, gut it, cut off the fins and tails with scissors. Cut into portions. Pepper, salt, rub with oil.
Step 3:
Pour sunflower oil on the bottom of the baking dish. Put the onion cut into large pieces on the bottom. If there is, you can add a piece of celery stalk, it will be juicier.
Step 4:
Put the prepared pollock in a layer on the onion.
Step 5:
In a glass, whisk the egg with milk and salt. Pour over the fish.
Step 6:
Cut the tomatoes into half rings and place them on the fish.
Step 7:
Cover all the contents with grated cheese.
Step 8:
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about half an hour.
Step 9:
Serve garnished with herbs. When serving, pick up the spatula from below to capture all the layers.
