Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Let's start preparing the pie by kneading the yeast dough. Yeast dough will be prepared in a quick way.
Step 2:
Heat the milk to 30 degrees in the microwave. Pour 1 tablespoon of sugar and dry yeast into a bowl, pour them with warm milk and mix thoroughly so that the dry ingredients dissolve. Leave the mixture in a warm place for 5 minutes, this will be enough to activate the yeast.
Step 3:
Melt butter (100g) in a water bath and cool. Pour the melted and cooled butter into a bowl with the finished sourdough, beat in the egg, add another tablespoon of sugar, add a pinch of salt, mix.
Step 4:
Pour the sifted flour in parts. Flour must be sifted to make the dough more airy. Knead the dough, first with a spoon in a bowl, when it becomes thick enough, we continue to knead on a floured surface. Flour may require a little more, a little less, depends on the quality of the product.
Step 5:
The dough should turn out to be not very tight and not liquid in consistency, slightly stick to the hands. We put it back in the bowl, lubricate it with vegetable oil on top so that it does not become covered with a dry crust, and put it in a warm place for half an hour, covered with a towel. After the specified time, we mince and let it come up again.
Step 6:
Meanwhile, we are preparing a sweet filling. Put sour cream, 120 g of sugar in a bowl, beat in an egg and add soda. Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved and homogeneous.
Step 7:
Preparing streusel: in a bowl, mix the butter (100g) chopped into pieces with flour, grind everything into crumbs.
Step 8:
Roll out the finished dough into a flat cake according to the size of the mold, leaving a small margin for the sides. We put it in a greased form, making bumpers. We put the mold in a warm place to lift the dough for 20 minutes.
Step 9:
Pour the sweet filling on the dough crust that has come up.
Step 10:
Sprinkle streusel on top.
Step 11:
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. We take out the pie, let it cool down a little and serve it to the table, with tea, coffee, cocoa or milk. The pie turns out to be very tasty, tender and moderately sweet. Those who like it sweeter can add sugar to the streusel. Have a nice tea party!
