Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare the dough, break 5 chicken eggs into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt and beat thoroughly.
Step 2:
Add 250 gr. sour cream to the eggs.
Step 3:
Add 250 gr. mayonnaise.
Step 4:
Mix well again.
Step 5:
Sift 250 gr through a sieve. flour.
Step 6:
Add 10 gr. (no more) baking powder dough.
Step 7:
Mix the dough thoroughly until smooth.
Step 8:
Put two cans of saury in a bowl and carefully knead the fish with a fork.
Step 9:
Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
Step 10:
Finely chop the onion and put it in a separate bowl.
Step 11:
Very finely chop the green onion, dill and parsley.
Step 12:
Add the greens to the onion in a bowl.
Step 13:
Mix well.
Step 14:
Grease the inside of a convenient container with butter.
Step 15:
Spread half of the prepared dough and level it with a spoon.
Step 16:
Spread half of the potatoes on the dough in a thin even layer, add salt and black pepper to taste. We distribute greens with onions on potatoes in an even layer.
Step 17:
Next layer evenly distribute the saury.
Step 18:
Cover the saury with a layer of remaining greens, on which we spread the potatoes, pepper and salt to taste.
Step 19:
We distribute the second part of the dough on top with an even layer.
Step 20:
Carefully level the dough with a spoon and put our dish in a preheated 170 degree oven for 50 minutes.
Step 21:
We take the finished pie out of the oven, grease it with butter on top and cover it with a napkin for 15 minutes to cool down.
Step 22:
We slice the pie in portions and serve it on the table. I wish you all a pleasant appetite!
