Cooking method
1. Break the chicken eggs into a bowl or bowl for a mixer. Add the required amount of sugar and beat with a mixer at medium speed until white.
2. Melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave. Then cool it a little and pour it into the egg mixture. Beat everything again until smooth.

4. Gently add the dry products in small portions into the egg mixture and mix. Then, using a mixer, mix the dough again until smooth, evenly distributing all the ingredients.
5. Add orange zest to the dough to give a piquant taste and mix the dough again with a mixer on medium power.
6. Cover the dough with cling film so that it does not dry out. And put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours so that it cools and hardens a little.
7. Before taking the dough out of the refrigerator, turn on the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
8. Using a tablespoon, pinch off a piece of cooled dough and form a ball out of it with your hands. In this way, roll the balls out of the remaining volume.
9. Pour the powdered sugar into a deep plate or bowl. Roll the dough balls in powder one by one.
10. Lay parchment on a baking sheet and put the formed cookies on it, slightly retreating from each other.
11. Place the cookie sheet in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the tops begin to crack.
Leave the finished marble chocolate cookies until completely cooled. During this time, it will harden a little. Serve with tea, hot chocolate or milk.
