Step-by-step cooking
First we make the dough. Mix salt with vanilla, sugar, soda, and, of course, flour into one pile. Water and oil come last. Carefully we pass the mass with a spoon, and then we begin to knead. Kneaded – put in the refrigerator for an hour.
We turn to the filling – Cherry berries, devoid of seeds and tails, sprinkle with flour and sugar. Add the last ingredient to taste. We're in the way. The filling is complete.
Last preparations – We take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it, and put one part on a baking dish smeared with vegetable oil. Mold the dough into shape, forming its protruding sides, somewhere in height, which will take a layer of filling. We spread the filling. We close it with the second part of the dough, and seal the edges. Lean cherry pie with holes. A few small holes on the surface will be enough so that no vapors accumulate inside.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for up to 35 minutes. As it is baked and cooled, we serve it to tea.
