Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a mini puff pastry pizza? Prepare the ingredients. Puff pastry can be taken from the store, you can cook it yourself. When choosing puff pastry, give preference to the yeast-free version, this dough will better preserve the filling and shape, and it is better to prepare sweet pastries from yeast. Sausages choose a proven manufacturer with a good composition. Pickled cucumbers are not sour. Ketchup and mayonnaise can be replaced with fresh tomatoes.
Step 2:
Remove the puff pastry from the package, defrost slightly at room temperature, then separate the layers from each other and leave for another 1.5 hours for final defrosting. Divide the thawed dough into portions. I have a dough of two plates, I cut each plate into four parts. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Step 3:
Mix the right amount of ketchup and mayonnaise in a bowl and apply this mixture to each portion of chopped puff pastry. I applied about a teaspoon each. Apply to the dough so that the sauce does not remain without filling, otherwise it will burn. It is better that the sauce does not reach the edges.
Step 4:
Cut the selected sausages arbitrarily - it can be mugs, semicircles or cubes, as you like. Place evenly sliced sausages on pieces of dough with sauce. In total, I had two standard-shaped sausages.
Step 5:
Cut the pickled cucumbers arbitrarily and put them on the pizza blanks.
Step 6:
The selected cheese (I have cheese with a fat content of 48%) grate on a coarse grater and evenly spread on each slice of pizza. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and carefully transfer the pizzas to the baking tray. Place the pizza pan in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. The baking time will depend on the power of your oven. The finished pizza is ruddy, with a slightly raised dough.
Step 7:
Remove the finished pizza from the oven and place it carefully on a plate. Serve pizza hot as an independent dish, or an addition to breakfast, lunch or dinner.
